I thought keeping it long would be the way to go, but it turns out that makes up-dos a bit more difficult. I ended up having multiple hair trials just to make sure everything was perfect, and day of turned out better than I could have imagined. Pilar was amazing to work with on this mane of mine! My makeup too! I have a hard time with decisions, especially when you don't wear a ton of makeup as it is. After my initial trial, I ended up switching the look but they didn't even bat an eye. Just said "okay!" and got to work. The girlies worked with me until I was happy. Also, just the timeline of the day and their professionalism was wonderful to work with.
