I've seen Grant play at various venues and can't recommend him highly enough! He's incredibly professional and thorough, tailoring his set and performance to the tone of the event and blending in seamlessly. He has a beautiful singing voice and creates a really impressive one man band effect using his looping setup to layer in all parts of the song live in front of you. It's pretty incredible to see how he builds the song real-time without any backing tracks or pre-recorded stuff. I would feel confident hiring him for anything from a small cocktail party to a full wedding reception. Grant is the best!

  • Solo performer

Monica Re Martin is a in-demand NYC violinist, violist and strings arranger - and the perfect contractor for your wedding! Monica performs regularly on Broadway, with the NYC Ballet, and with top artists such as Andrea Bocelli and Kygo. I hired Monica and her quartet to play during our wedding cocktail hour! Monica was professional throughout and communicated really well with me from the moment I booked her to the day of the wedding! She offered to arrange songs for me that may not be on her very comprehensive list. We requested pop songs on strings and the vibe was perfect! I would highly recommend booking Monica to contract and play at your wedding!

LIAT (singer/songwriter)

5.0

  • Solo performer
  • Starts at $1,200
  • Serves New York, NY

With her earthy acoustics, dark melodies, and rich vocals, singer-songwriter Liat has been captivating live audiences for over fifteen years. After years of performing in the pulsing cities of Philadelphia and New York, Liat moved to Colorado, where she drew inspiration from the folk music of the mountains. Her music evokes her itinerant life and Israeli-American heritage— 90s’ pop-rock meets 60s’ folk with glints of Middle Eastern desert soundscapes. She spins guitar acoustics with her powerhouse vocals for lyrical “dark folk” sounds that linger long after a performance.

My husband and I chose Liat to perform at our wedding and it was the perfect fit to make our reception memorable. My favorite part was Liat playing her guitar and singing as my husband and I shared an intimate first dance on the beach at sunset. Her voice was so beautiful and it made the moment perfect. She was easy to work with and extremely accommodating. She also was able to provide many different kinds of songs for everyone to enjoy. I would definitely recommend using her for your big day- you won’t regret it!

They say a dream is a wish your heart makes, and Erica was truly a dream to have at my wedding, not only as a musician, but as a warm and kind presence. The very first time I spoke with Erica I just fell in love with her warmth, kindness, professionalism and confidence. We laughed so much on the first call I knew immediately I had to hire her. After the call, my fiancé said that musician you spoke with made you so happy you better just hurry up and hire her. I never even spoke to another musician…I knew none could even come close to Erica. I hired Erica in July for my December Disney wedding. I never felt rushed, overwhelmed or anything stressful. Erica is so kind, her voice is ethereal and she knows how to read a room. She even recommended an amazing officiant to me when I was struggling to find one. Erica was the hit of my wedding, when she started singing to open the ceremony a bird flew up to her, perched next to her and sang with her. Even the bird wanted to be close to her and felt her kindness. This was the most beautiful moment and my guests are still talking about it. I wanted a Disney/Christmas wedding theme and Erica delivered in every aspect. She was also beautifully dressed and looked gorgeous (nobody wants sloppy vendors lol). Erica created the perfect atmosphere by intertwining romantic Disney music as well as Christmas songs. Erica made the wedding a dream come true. The fact that she is well known also helps, as most vendors and venues love working with her. She learned a few new songs for me and worked seamlessly with my other vendors to create the perfect, yes absolutely perfect, day. Thank you Erica! You are a true star!

Hello! My name's Matt, and I'm looking forward to exploring how I can help make your wedding day as special, beautiful, and memorable as it can be. From the experience of hundreds of performances I’ve had all over the world, I can promise you wonderful music on my part.

Awarded Best of Zola
Matt traveled out to our wedding in Jackson Hole, WY and was such an incredible addition to our day. His original songs were beautiful and he also played some covers for us on request. He was so well prepared and really took the time in the weeks leading up to our wedding to learn the exact “vibe” we were going for and what we wanted. And when there were times that we we were overwhelmed and unsure about which direction we wanted to go in, he was never pushy. He was just so patient, understanding, and made helpful suggestions. He even learned some last minute cover songs for us when we suggested them just a couple days before the wedding. His talent blew my guests away, we heard non stop compliments from everyone about Matt throughout the entire wedding weekend. What was most special was when Matt collaborated with my husband and surprised me and my wedding party in our suite while we were having hair and makeup done. He serenaded us and it was SO special and romantic. And he even played some special Disney songs for our flower girl (my niece) when she was getting nervous. I will never forget hearing Matt sing and play “our song” when I walked down the aisle. Don’t hesitate - book Matt for your wedding!!

Communication is key. Your band or DJ should be in sync with your wedding day schedule, hitting the right notes at the right moments.
